De Gregorio Endodoncia (De Gregorio Endodontics, Madrid, Spain) is located in Clinica Endo, a Clinic limited to endodontic treatments. At our facility we treat the most complex cases in endodontics with the latest devices and technology available in the market. Many referral dentists trust on us to refer their patients for root canal treatments, retreatments, apical surgery and dental trauma cases. Moreover, a lot of people contact directly with us to receive their root canals due to their previous experience at our clinic or because of the recommendation from a familiar or a friend.
Dr. de Gregorio is the dental provider at this practice. He is Endodontist and currently an Affiliate Professor of the University of Washington (UW) (Seattle, WA) and Professor of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain). He served, recently, as a full time faculty at the UW, teaching both graduate and undergraduate students as well as seeing patients at The Center for Pediatric Dentistry. During his stay at the University of Washington he also developed different research projects in the endodontics field. He is specialized in complex root canal treatments and dental traumatology, being an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) and the Spanish Association of Endodontics (AEDE).
Because of his education and experience in the US, Dr. de Gregorio uses cutting edge technology in endodontics, as the dental microscope or the latest devices in instrumentation, disinfection and obturation of the root canals. Our premise is to provide the best possible care to our patients. Taking in consideration that a lot of patients have fear to dental treatments, every effort is focused on making possible a comfortable and peaceful treatment.

Dr. De Gregorio received his dental degree from the European University of Madrid in 2006. In 2008, he completed the Endodontic Program at the European University of Madrid with Honors and received the AEDE Best Research of a Graduate Student Award. He served since from 2009 to 2013, on faculty at the school while maintaining a private practice limited to endodontics. He was in charge of bibliographic reviews of graduate students and served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Graduate Program. He received the title of Active Member of the Spanish Association of Endodontics in 2011. As a faculty member, he is active in research, teaching and lecturing both nationally and internationally. He has published 9 articles in peer-reviewed journals along these years after finishing his Graduate Program in Endodontics, most of them about root canal disinfection and more specifically about fluid dynamics and apical negative pressure. He became Assistant Professor of the Department of Endodontics at the University of Washington in 2013 where served as a clinical assistant professor of the department of endodontics and as a endodontist at the Center for Pediatric Dentistry where refined his knowledge and techniques on dental traumatology and endodontic considerations in pediatric dentistry. Actually, he serves as a Professor of the Graduate Program in Endodontics at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid-Spain) as well as performs endodontic treatments in his private practice.
